First of all, I have no money, Im looking for artist that are interested in the things I like (Rock Paper Scissors and Pickle and Peanut). Second, I dont use PayPal

I also looking for artist who would willingly make art fpr free, as if Im young to even own a bank account

But when your posting on a "artists- for- hire column", it is assumed that your a potential paying client.
If you don't have any money, you should have said that in your description.
There are a lot of serious animators and artists looking for payed work on newgrounds.
